Join us for a one-night-only special event on September 29th, Real Estate Roadmap to 2023. We have a variety of speakers in the real estate industry coming to discuss the real estate market for the rest of 2022, and a look into 2023. The first 30 people to arrive will get the chance to participate in our speed networking session. There will also be drinks, appetizers, and a 50/50 raffle. All proceeds will be donated to Bedz for Kidz, a local non-profit that provides bedding to children in need.
Motivational Speaker: Ron Frost: Ron Frost is a motivational speaker, business coach, life coach, and author of the popular book “‘Getting UnStuck’ – 9 keys to creating more prosperity, joy, and fulfillment.” As the founder of “Positive Momentum Coaching,” he has coached, trained, and consulted over 450 businesses in North America, South America, and Asia. Ron’s keynotes and workshops focus on leadership training, team building, sales skills training, and public speaking skills development. Ron served as the past president of the Southwest Florida Speakers Group, and Area Director of Toastmasters, and is a current member of the National Speakers Association
Economist, Amir Neto: Dr. Amir Neto (Net-o) is Director of the Regional Economic Research Institute, and Assistant Professor of Economics at Florida Gulf Coast University. Dr. Neto is a Regional Economist focusing on questions regarding local labor markets, economic impact and urban amenities. He is the author of 26 peer-reviewed articles and currently serves as co-editor of the Journal of Regional Analysis & Policy.
Real Estate Attorney, Christopher Pope: Christopher L. Pope joined the Pavese Law Firm in 2012 and became a partner in the Firm in 2018. Mr. Pope is recognized by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Specialist in three practice areas, Condominium and Planned Development Law; Real Estate Law; and Construction Law. Mr. Pope is also an Adjunct Instructor for the College of Engineering at Florida Gulf Coast University where he teaches Construction Law and Contracts for students seeking degrees in Construction Management Program or a Masters of Engineering. He represents and advises clients, including top national homebuilders, contractors, developers, commercial associations, homeowners’ and condominium associations, and individuals on a wide range of issues.
Mortgage Officer, Dan Cronin: Dan is Senior Vice President and Residential Loan Officer based in the McGregor location. Originally from Michigan, Dan spent the first half of his career in the automotive industry working with General Motors, Ford, and Dodge Daimler Chrysler. In 2005 Dan relocated to Southwest Florida and began his career in mortgage lending at SanCap Bank in 2008 where he helped start the lending division.
Real Estate Broker, SWFL REIA, Jeff Tumbarello: In 2003, Jeff founded the South West Florida Real Estate Investment Association with three other SWFL RE investors. As an investor himself, he’s been a part of every type of real estate transaction. He is a local expert and source of data for current real estate trends in foreclosures. He’s also performed market metrics and product modeling for capital markets and private equity firms.
Property Manager, SWFL REIA, Mike Lyons: Mike’s expertise is in property management. He currently manages several hundred properties in Lee County (specifically Cape Coral, Fort Myers, North Fort Myers Lehigh Acres, and Bonita Springs). He is one of the few investors who also enjoys property management. As a property manager and landlord of his investments, he understand the importance of preserving property.
