Brad is a sales director with a passion for alternative investments. He loves spreading the word about how easy it is for individuals and institutions to invest with retirement money. Brad spends his time working with individuals and institutions daily. He provides efficient custody solutions that make investing in alternatives easy for anyone. With 10 years of experience, Brad is great at helping an investor understand the rules and process of investing with an IRA. He also excels at helping institutions put together a smooth process to bring on IRA investors. In 2012, Brad obtained his Certified IRA Specialist Designation (CISP) from the American Bankers Association. He sits on the National Introducing Broker Association board. Brad is also an active participant in many alternative investment industry associations.
Kelsey Dineen, CISP

Kelsey is a senior member of the Midland Sales and New Business Development teams. She works with investment sponsors, advisors and fund managers raising capital from investors. Kelsey’s key role is to act as a resource to answer questions about Midland’s custody services. She helps simplify the Self Directed IRA and 1031 Exchange processes. Kelsey obtained her BS in Economics at the University of Florida. Since then, she has focused on assisting fund managers and their investors within the alternatives market. In 2012, Kelsey received her Certified IRA Specialist Designation (CISP) from the American Bankers Association. She is a South Florida native who enjoys spending time with her husband and two English Mastiffs.
Adam Sypniewski, CISP

Adam Sypniewski is a senior member of the business development team at Midland IRA. He has over 12 years of experience with alternative investments. Adam specializes in private placements, real estate and other non-traded assets. His primary role is new business development for Midland’s self-directed IRA services. He works with various capital raisers, advisors, investors and other financial service providers to deliver custody solutions. Recently, Adam led the development of an expanded service offering for Midland, Private Fund Custody. Private Fund Custody is a solution that helps private fund advisors with compliance and transparency needs.
Adam was born & raised in the Chicagoland area and currently resides in Naperville, IL with his wife and two daughters. He holds a BA in Business from Michigan State University.

Matt is a Senior Associate on our Business Development team focusing on alternative investments. He assists prospective clients establish their account. Matt obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business administration from Bluffton University in Ohio. Matt, his wife, and daughter live in Fort Myers, FL. In his free time, Matt enjoys watching and playing sports, Crossfit, and managing his rental properties.
Rita Woods, CISP

At Midland, Rita primarily focuses on supervising the Futures and Forex Team. She helps with day-to-day issues, client concerns, and new industry standards. Rita began by processing client investments in all departments. She worked with futures, forex, precious metals, private equity investments, notes, and real estate. Rita has specialized in Futures and Forex for the last few years, though. She has built solid relationships throughout the industry, streamlining the process for all parties involved. Rita is well versed in IRA rules and regulations and is able to apply this knowledge within the Futures and Forex teams. Originally from Chicago, Rita is a graduate of Saint Louis University with a Bachelor’s degree in History.
Artem Nashman, CCIM

At Midland, Artem works closely with both our 1031 Exchange and IRA teams. He focuses on identifying new custody service opportunities and expanding Midland’s offerings to capture new market share. He has over eight years of active real estate experience and has handled over 300 transactions totaling over 60 million dollars in sales. Artem is heavily involved in several organizations within the real estate industry. He currently acts as President of CIP. Starting in January 2020, he will be the President of CCIM’s Southwest Florida District. Originally from Donetsk, Ukraine, Artem moved to Florida with his family and attended Florida Gulf Coast University, majoring in finance.
